We produce all types of identification badges for participants as well as personalized lanyards with your company logo or event name.
Printed only with final art, or already personalized with name, entity and qr code.
With or without model making included, the choices are yours, the execution is ours.

Remote Support
In the configuration, parameterization and management of both software, delegate to us the tasks that take away your precious time.
We reserve for the event 5, 10, 20 hours or as long as necessary.

On-site Support
In the assembly, operation and management of both software, delegate to us the tasks that distract you on the day of the event.
We will be present in the assembly, development and disassembly of the event, ensuring that everything goes as planned.

Secretariat management

Abstracts Management
We are prepared to develop, operationalize and manage all summaries, assessments and program allocation. With our abstract management software, and the staff of our partners, we ensure that all requirements of the submission process are met.

Marketing and Communication
We will promote your event through newsletters and social networks
We will provide the participant with all the information they need, confirm registrations or submissions, useful event information, access data and how to interact with the software or event logistics.

Organization and Development of the Scientific Program
In conjunction with the Scientific Committee, we established the scientific guidelines for the event and established contacts to confirm speakers and moderators.
6.
On-site Secretariat
We guarantee a coordination service throughout the event. Event Managers manage the entire event and present all the solutions for your event needs.
We provide all the hardware for the accreditation and/or certification of participants.

Hostesses
At all times it is important to have specialized people who provide the the needs for your event: reception of guests, support to the secretariat, monitoring and control of rooms, among other tasks.

Venue Management
We manage all the spaces at the event venue, from coordinating conference rooms, allocating spaces in the technical exhibition, to managing coffee breaks and working lunches.

Audiovisuals
We work with partners who guarantee us excellent services. We managed to guarantee all the necessary audiovisual solutions, with high-tech equipment, in order to create the perfect environment you imagined for your event.

Leaving memories through a visual strategy is one of the fundamental aspects of communication.Signage is important for everyone who participates, because it guides and identifies all the important points of your event.
